Aquatic Business Division,ABD, which was initially a sub business unit in Uni-President
Enterprises Corporation (UPEC is a biggest food and feed manufacturer in Taiwan).
In 1969, ABD cooperated with Japan's Nisshin Flour Milling Corporation to produce
